We believe in, and value a working partnership between staff, parents and children. Our parents and community are encouraged to participate in the many programs we offer.

We also rely on parents to serve our community on the School Advisory Board
The School Advisory Board acts in an advisory capacity to the Parish Priest and Principal on matters such as policy development, financial administration, maintenance and future planning. It consists of the Parish Priest, the Principal, the Deputy Principal and elected parent representatives. The Advisory Board meets monthly during the school term.

Meet Adrian Ferris
Adrian's role at Our Lady of the Pines is about building community partnerships. He helps to facilitate partnerships with our local kinders, including movie nights, and assists to coordinate family involvement in school events. You may know him from OLOP TV which showcases current events happening at Our Lady of the Pines

Your kids will love Kelly Club’s home-away-from-home atmosphere, where they can do the things they enjoy in a safe and supportive environment. Our programs, which are tailored to the children’s ages and skill levels, include fun activities like sports, baking, arts, crafts, and games. They’ll also have the opportunity to unwind after a busy day. We provide nutritious breakfasts and healthy afternoon snacks to keep their energy levels up.
Our team of dedicated and passionate staff are trained in all aspects of caring for your children. We create a safe and encouraging atmosphere where kids feel right at home.
Kelly Club makes it easy for you to book and pay for your childcare. We have flexible options like same-day booking and cancellation without penalty. We’re also CCS approved by Services Australia. If you qualify, you can enjoy up to 100% off your childcare fees, depending on your family’s circumstances.
Our Program Activities
Before Care Program – 7.00am – 8.30am
The program will offer opportunities for children to choose between a range of art and craft activities, games, Lego, books and free play equipment. Staff will lead a variety of small projects each term.
After Care Program – 3.15pm – 6.00pm
The program will be focused around sports, cooking, art and craft activities as well as structured ‘free-time’ after a busy day at school. These activities will be incorporated into themed subjects each week that give children the opportunity to extend their learning outside of the school classroom.
