Enrolment

We are open for SCHOOL TOURS EVERY DAY.

School tours are conducted by, Mr Brendan Keeling, Principal.

 

Enrolment Requirements

Age:  To be eligible for enrolment, your child must turn 5 years of age on or before the 30 April, during their Foundation year. 

 

  • Enrolment Form: Please complete the form and include copies of the following documentation:

  • Child's Birth Certificate

  • Baptisimal Certiicate (if Baptised)

  • Certificate of Immunisation - this can be obtained from The Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (Contact: Medicare Australia Office)

 

Transferring from Interstate

Families transferring to Victoria from interstate will be welcomed by Our Lady of the Pines community.  Please contact us and we will assist you with the transfer and enrolment process. Once your current school has been advised of your intention to change schools, they will forward an official transfer note to us.  We will arrange for you to meet with our School Principal to discuss your child and the appropriate class level as this may differ from state to state.

Overseas Enrolment Enquiries

At Our Lady of the Pines, we warmly welcome students and families from overseas.  Please contact our school by phone or email and we will assist you with the transfer of your school child or children. 

 

To determine the year level appropriate for your child, please provide us with:

  • Child's Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Residency VISA (including Sub-Class number)

  • Prior to enrolment, we would also require a copy of your child's passport, including entry date stamp.

Pre-School to Foundation Program

Towards the end of October, we begin our pre-school to school transition program. This program comprises of several morning visits to the school as well as a parent information session.  Your child will get to know their new class teacher and meet other students.  

​

They will also experience sessions with our specialist teachers, such as Visual and Performing Arts and Physical Education.
