Our Vision

Mission Statement

At Our Lady of the Pines we encourage Catholic practices by sharing the knowledge, beliefs, values and ethos of the church.  The staff bring with them a diverse range of faith experiences which provide students with models of adult Christian life.

Our school in collaboration with families, provides the opportunity for students to make a personal commitment to God through prayer, sacraments and participation in the faith journey.

Our Lady of the Pines is a place which fosters the development of positive self esteem and strives to provide a safe and secure environment where every individual is treated with respect and justice.

Our school is a place which presents a challenging and stimulating curriculum that is comprehensive and allows and encourages individual students to develop at their potential. Effort as well as achievement is valued.

Through a learner-centred curriculum students are encouraged to be active, independent learners who take increasing responsibility for their learning.

Our Lady of the Pines is a place where a family atmosphere prevails. Parents and the wider community are encouraged to participate in many programs and feel welcomed and appreciated.
